 GAYLE SIMS, PRESIDENT                                                               H.  GAYLE SIMS, PRESIDENT

Gayle has been with Jesus, Mary, and Joseph Ministries for 22 years. She has also been President of the Nonprofit Organization for the past fourteen years. She has over 45 years of business and accounting experience with a solid upstanding reputation. Her excellent leadership and organizational skills have been useful in organizing events, conferences, retreats, and group international pilgrimages. She is dedicated in providing support to different religious ministries including the Charismatic Renewal, family prayer night, acting coordinator for church events when needed. In addition, she is also a religious counselor, healing ministry leader, event speaker, and well known in the Catholic Community all over the world. She is devoted to her vocation to support our Priests.  Religious. and laity as they continue to serve our people. 


                                                 SHARON SCHAUM, TREASURER

Sharon Schaum has been with Jesus Mary and Joseph Ministries for over 20 years. She has over 30 years of business experience and has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Tucson Centers for Women and Children. She has an Associate's Degree, a Bacholor's of Science Degree, two Masters Degrees, and is currently "all but Dissertation" in a PhD program. She was previously in the banking industry with Bank of America. She has been a Material Program Manager for Raytheon since 2000. Sharon is currently an Adjunet Algebra instructor at Pima Community College. In her free time she enjoys buying and selling vintage and antique items. She volunteers her time here in Resource Center at Jesus Mary and Joseph Ministries. She is the main volunteer when the President is out of town. In addition, she has a passion for Italian cooking which she shares at all our fund raisers.


                                                                       DAVID N. GALAZ, VICE PRESIDENT

   David N.  Galaz has been with Jesus Maray and Joseph Ministries for the past 18 years as a volunteer organizer, and assistant. He has been a board member for 12 years and Vice President for the past 7 years. He has been involved in the prayer ministry for over 23 years. He is a member of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe of Arizona, past member of PYH, Board of Commissioners of Pascua Yaqui Tribe. He has been in the Charismatic Renewal, music ministry, Eucharisic adoration and other ministry committees. He is a US Army Veteran and life member of Amvets, President of Fraternal Order of Eagles 180. He is a religious leader in the Catholic community, counseler at JMJ, and assistant to all events especially the healing ministry with the President. He is retired from Tucson Water Company as supervisor which leaves him more time to volunteer at the Resource Center sharing his gifts with the community. He is the music ministry leader for the Sunday Masses at Cristo Rey and other parishes. He is very well known in the Catholic Community.




                                                                      EDDIE LOPEZ, SECRETARY

Eddie Lopez has been actively involved with Jesus Mary and Joseph Ministries since 1995. He has been a Board Member for 13 years and Secretary for 2 years. Eddie has been a participant in the Search Retreat Youth Group as a leader and facilitator at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church for over ten years. He participated in Youth Retreats, leading, planning and overseeing all events. With all the above activities he has also been involved with the Cursillo movement since 1998. Eddie currently serves on the Diocesan Secretariat with the Bishop. His activities here at Jesus Mary and Joseph Ministries are varied including being in charge of fund raising, speaker at retreats and all events, music ministry, prayer ministry and all as necessary including being our Secretary.
